I was on it for 2 months, got sides after about a month, I already had a shit hormonal profile so my DHT was probably raped. Couldn't get a boner properly. Came off it and the sides were gone in about 2 weeks.

RU has a different mechanism of action than fin my G. RU binds to the receptors at the hair follicles, but its binding affinity is actually not even comparable to DHT.

Can RU help, of course. But so can Minoxidil by itself. However, without nuking your DHT you are filling a bucket with water while shit drains from the bottom.

So, you would still need to nuke your DHT with fin/dua to get full benefits.

About the side effects, I started with Hims 0.3% finasteride topical solution and applied a ml to my head every night.

However, I quickly researched and found out that that dose is actually A LOT. I mean like 5-6x of what's regarded as effective in the literature.

10 days in I lost all libido and got emotional. Then started using 0.075% 3 days a week and my libido returned, thankfully.

Now, I Walterwhite-maxxxxed and ordered my own solvent and will use the existing thing I have to dilute it to 0.05%.

2. actually, the likelyhood is less likely compared to someone who cant tolerate it or loses ground. if you get along well with finasteride and dont have to worry about your hair anymore, why would you waste your time on internet forums for hairloss?

I understand your points and you're right to a degree. But like legit 90% of dudes on here and tressless and most places report sides that seems super high esp when compared to the reported 1-5% rate that the "science" says

the truth is probably in the middle, if it helps you my uncle takes fin for 15 years with no noticable sideeffects. i donz know if he posts about in the internet

my recommendation for guys suffering from hairloss is always to start with finasteride early. if the hair is gone, it will be difficult. the alternatives are very risky. many these guys who got ht in their twenties without meds will have a rough awakening, even if the ht originally turned out fine.

if fin doesnt work due to sideeffectd then okay, you tried your best. look for alternatives or accept your baldness.

but nor trying fin because yoi read some reports on the internet is just stupid.
