This photo is a lit graded edited version of Meeks original mugshot, I tried looking to see if i could find any celebrities that don't need to be under flash photography or artificial lighting or have some tan from the sun to look like that naturally, and I couldn't find any. The only close photos are either edited or they're literally just under extreme lighting conditions during some red carpet or photoshoot.

If I had to describe it, it's kind of a medium brown skin tone with warm/golden undertones. Not whitepassing, has a lightskin black appearance with a mix of latino.

I feel like it's more brown than someone like Jesse Williams, and that guy looks like he has the wrong undertones to match. He can look orangish/pinkish at times.

And when I mean don't use frauded examples, I mean someone who is obviously darker skinned but in a certain lighting/editing looks lighter like this:
