Put a sock around your lifts, its way more comfortable and easy to useI dont go no more than 1 inch tbh but feel like it throws off my walking harmony
Absolutely, try to use both ways and see whats more comfortable for youCould i just double sock instead? The lifts go inside my shoe

I see , thanks alot m8 . The lifts itself are great , just need more stability so the lifts dont move around in my shoe causing me to walk imbalanced .Absolutely, try to use both ways and see whats more comfortable for you
if ur 62 and using liftsI do fine with 2 inch lifts. Haven't tried 3 inches tho.
Mirin , you can get away with more inches just make sure your pants length at the bottom are long enough to cover your shoe . I think baggy pants are in style now anyways so its so easy to fraud even more heightI do fine with 2 inch lifts. Haven't tried 3 inches tho.
Thanks m8Put an orthotics insole on top of the lift wedges.
It does take a while to get used to walking with lifts.
I have these same ones. I've noticed that when I look at my shoes its almost as if it's obvious that my foot isn't perfectly in the middle and makes me look like my feet are more slanted to the side of the shoes. I don't really know how to explain it.Could i just double sock instead? The lifts go inside my shoe

Yes i know what your saying its because the cushion thing moved around or its barley hanging on for dear life . I was thinking about rebuying the same ones and when the red piece starts to fall off im gonna try to superglue it .I have these same ones. Yeah 1-2 is enough. I actually havent tried layers with mine just the actual sole itself . I have filas and i think they already have a thick sole . I do have baggier / longer pants so i could try the layers and be even tallerI tried adding another layer to the lifts yesterday (normally wear like 2 section in the lifts but this time I had 3) and it hurts the fuck out of my heel. My feet were burning like fuck.
Yeah exactly it feels off balance like it moves around and my foot isn't directly in the center of the shoe. I've heard good things about cork lifts because it's just one piece and it stiff so you're actually getting all the height the lift advertises.Yes i know what your saying its because the cushion thing moved around or its barley hanging on for dear life . Yeah, I always layer it up because the sole itself doesn't really give enough of a difference in my opinion. Big Rob did a video on this and explains why this is the case. You have to add a lot of layers to get a noticeable height boost. I don't know if you like to wear boots but if you wear some doc martens + lifts it will give you a nice height boost. Could also wear timberlands too but I think women know about how much height those give you lol.
Yes keep us updated the ones with the attachable pieces are just not the best in my opinion. I assume with those lifts that you can’t layer them? Are you sure it would give you enough of a boost to make a difference?I've looked at various posts about lifts and they all say the same thing, that after use the silicone lifts decompress, slip out of place, etc. And it seems that the best way to use lifts is, as you say, to buy ones made of cork or some more resistant material and stick them to the shoe.
I did some research and there are cork insoles, but most of them don't give that extra inch of height, there are some other options, but they are also excessively expensive.
I decided to buy and try these, they seem to be made from a harder material than the usual silicone ones.
I'll let you know in a couple of weeks.
Well, as you can see, these insoles are only 3cm height, so I think it's possible to use the same insoles by gluing them together with superglue or something, like buying a 3cm and a 2cm insole and gluing them together.Yes keep us updated the ones with the attachable pieces are just not the best in my opinion. Maybe it's better to make a post--maybe a definitive insole post (?) I don't know--I'll think about it when I do the test.Yes keep us updated the ones with the attachable pieces are just not the best in my opinion. I assume with those lifts that you can’t layer them?
