Does anybody else feel extremely uncomfortable in public?

I was standing in line at the post office inside a grocery store and I just felt so awkward/uncomfortable. Even talking to the cashier (old lady) was weird.

I saw a hot girl in front of me and when she turned around to walk out I turned and looked to the side. Then on my way out saw another hot girl with her ass hanging out of her shorts and I intentionally went down another aisle.

I have noticed this is common especially among white people. I used to have this but at some point it just evaporated and I dont have this awkward anxiety or fear of public places anymore. Probably has something to do with being raised in a sort of isolated environment, maybe you live with a few other people but without lots of social contact and outside experiences it probably leads to difficulty in any novel public situation. Im sure theres a genetic element to it as well
