Not usually, could mean that you have:

Bad circulation
Slightly anemic (Just eat more red meat boyo tbh)
Hypertension/blood pressure issues

or just not used to the caffeine tbh tbh, but if your a regular drinker might just be your diet affecting the above. I wouldn't sweat it
