So whenever I talk to an outsider or any teacher in my school I always get nervous and speak in a serious tone and this is where I usually mess up.
I've spoken to a lot of people in my school and everytime I talk to them in a serious tone and this probably creates an impression in their minds that I may be a boring/really serious person.
I hate it but I can't seem to control it either.
Can anybody give me tips on how I can speak to others in a good tone that doesn't sound serious/bad?

I don't know why but this habit of speaking in a serious tone has kinda ruined my conversations sometimes and this started to happen from last year

pretty hard to talk ‘normal’ if you never experienced normal, relax your brows and thinking of fucking the person in the ass to the one you’re talking to if you wanna speak straight without your nerves fucking you up

I used to have the same problem, act like ur speaking to a lifelong friend then it wont come off as either too serious or foolish, i had approach anxiety before now after a brutal life i feel fine talking to anyone
