does anybody have expander results

ive seen allot of people on the forum talk about expanders and how great they are but im starting to think it doesnt do much have you guys ever seen a before and after mse/rpe i have rpe in my mouth right now from my ortho dont expect it to do much and im just in it for my smile if anybody has results of an expander lets see it
