Does anybody know what those little spots under the eyes are?

Like right on my Eye circles its like i got tiny microscopic pimples everywhere, theyre not even visible from more then 10cm away.
Anybody know what that is and how to fix it?

basically the pores are clogged with keratin, and its js tiny cysts which r harmless. its called milia and its not acne or whiteheads.
js clean ur face well and dont try popping them or anything n they should go eventually

oh nah i dont mean milia, its actually like tiny dots under my eyes, maybe from my glasses but who knows
