i struggle today to focus on alot and my mind is still trynna recover, i barely use em anymore

sign him up to outdoor activies THIS IS KEYYY
make sur ehis scheudles packed with daily activies
mma,football for like 2 hours m,aybe, after school

it’s impossible my mother is so selfish and egoistic and says „don’t try to taught me something“ and if they don’t have the nerves to watch out for him they just gonna relapse and give him his iPad anyways. Especially when he’s at my grandmas house and he’s often there… he lit watches yt shorts

he isn’t mentally mature enough to understand that he does things wrong he won’t let him teach anything. He just loves his little dopamine rush, iPad and that’s it our cat got stolen and he just said „we could buy another“ hes sitting at the toilet at 6 years old over 30 minutes with his iPad… I’m done with this my mother fucked up and should seek professional help for him.


Ps: if you take aways something he just starts to scream extremely loud like an iPad kid lol at that moment I would like to punch his entire face
