I sleep 10-12 hours a day even on school days

Well, I have more energy and mood is better and yes i do feel more focused the more I sleep.

But sometimes I sleep 7-8 hours a day (only happens like once every 2 weeks)

Lucky one, when i was your age i was busy writing codes or assignments ended up being a shawty with terrible acads, keep sleeping and increase your height

I try to, height is something I’d kill for rn, so I’m doing everything in my power to grow

I usually get 8-10 MAX (rarely) hours of sleep.
