Does anyone else constantly feel embarrassed to even feel human emotions because you feel like you don't deserve to?

If I'm not a real human and everyone agrees with that sentiment, it feels odd to try and think and act and speak like a real human. Sometimes I feel like life would be better if I have my tongue cut out and my face burned off and my eyes gouged out.
