its normal.

Especially when you eat in combination with protein.
This will spike your insulin A LOT, thus the feeling of tiredness.

That's why I avoid carbs. Dunno why people it it. puke

no (but I used to do) - I only did it this day beacuse I knew that I will eat with girl some fastfood so I even made that eating time will be around 1 pm to get highest insulin sensitivy and not get fat. She was so impressed how Im so lean when i eat soo much xd didnt know that its only food I will eat for whole day

The insulin sensitvity increase is real if you usually abstain from carbs & lean at the same time. Occasional cheat meals doesn't cause any problem whatsoever.

Like twice a week?

You need carbs before doing cardio. And before and after lifting weights. Low-carb is a meme. You just need a high protein diet and stay within your calorie budget to meet whatever your goal is (cutting, maintaining/recomp or bulking).

Glucose releases slower if you add fibre/vegetables.

Don’t ever need carbs what so ever.
For OPTIMAL performance, yes, but certainly not optimal health.
Just eat as much animal fat and protein + dairy as well as occasional carbs in the form of fruit or starches.
