I have a like thing that annoys me very much. In a variety of different types of lightning my nasolabial and malar zone look like i have folds, even though i do not and my maxilla is not frontally recessed since my sna angle like the maxillary one on my cephalometry is 82

How lean are you?

Might also be due to fat distribution

Or general Kollagen/elastin

Or also could be depended on the depth of your canine fossa

im around 16 bf
cannine fossa is not that deep i guess, like i dont have a concavity under my zygos like a deep hollowness or whatever

Then this might a ton change with losing like 4-6% bf

If it persists then it could be a deeper fat pad/ fat migration issue, cause like u said it’s not a structural issue

Idk like in the mornings and during the day till gym i notice them (its also bery cold in my country and my skin is kinda getting cooked by cold despite hydrating). but it could also be because im on a lean bulk. however in novemeber i wanted to cut a little and idk it might have been too aggressive cus i lost like 6kg of water weight very fast even thoufh i ate 2200kcal. from then on i noticed them more. But idk it might just also be in my head. However i still want them to be less noticeable in certain lightning

Dehydration, elastin but unlikely if young which u def are, if not a structural issue try a plasma pen

May be dehydration, im currently using ha b5 lrp, cerave pm and baume b5, taking a break from all retinoids for a month to see if theres gonna be improvement. I might go to a cosmetician in the future to see what i could do

Don’t take a break off retinoids they will cause dryness of the skin but not cellular dehydration

i was using tret on my cheeks for over a month but idk it felt like my skin eas getting way more dry no matter how much i hydrated. I still use epiduo on my t zone cause i have closed comedomes, but i ve been taking a break from tret. What would you recommend me doing? Main problems are like midcheek line which should def not be there (its visible in some types of lightning) and smile creases not folds. Like really its been a struggle for me for over 2 months getting them perma fixed

Boost elastin as much as possible and more hydration, simply drinking water won’t work hylaronic acid is a good start plasma pen and microneedling I would also reccomend in general
