does anyone else here have a long midface but compact gonial angle and small chin?

wtf surgery do i even get? Bimax with cw would make the midface even longer and ccw would make the jaw even more compact

focus on ascending eye area, you might be capped at HTN

I do too, I actually have a shit ton of forward growth, but recessed infras, and a long midface, my ramus is also long as shit, so my gonial angle is compact
