When I was partying more often at 18 some of my friends were not functional the next day after binge drinking

If I drink only on weekends I feel fine the day after, only more sleepy and dehydrated and slight brain fog

But if Im drinking everyday 3 beers and some wine I will start to get insomnia and anxiety, I cant even imagine whats like to binge drink everyday like hardcore alcoholics
