Does anyone else suffer from a blank mind?

It seems like a weird mix of aphantasia and slow processing (together with absent-mindedness).
When someone talks to me, I have to put extra effort to internalize the meaning of what is being said.
When I am trying to learn something, especially some subject with a heavy spatial component, I can not follow the instructions (for example vanishing points in painting/sketching tutorials, programming etc).
I have no intense inner monologue, no mental representations are created, and I can not generate sequences of visuals when I am reading something.
Is anyone else going through the same? Did you got a diagnosis about it?

I experienced something analogizing this a couple of months ago, just an impairment in concentration and poor working memory, 'brain fog'. I didn't experience any of the features you are describing in relation to lack of visualisation or inner monologue though. Physical symptoms also manifested, lack of muscular energy and poor proprioception as well. I started taking a bunch of supplements; iron, b-vitamins, copper, zinc and just gave it time. I find that meditation helps.
