Does anyone else suffer with this?

Basically, I was fed goyslop until 10, AND I wasnt allowed meat which fucked my gut really badly, AND giving me IBS
bro what happens now is If I eat ONE wrong thing on accident I descend from HLTN to sub3 in like 10 minutes

It's getting really annoying and even eating animal based doesnt fix it, should I try carnivore again? I got horribly constipated last time, and I can't do raw primal because I have vegetarian parents who are too scared to even let me take creatine, let alone raw milk/organs

try raw whole eggs , it's also soothing for the stomach lining!!
