No though sometimes at my parents place I watch netflix on their TV. Then again the big corporations appear to be working hard to destroy the internet via new laws such as article 13 in the EU with the final end goal of eventually transforming the internet into TV 2.0 so that they can control everything again.

Untrue. There is a reason the powers that be are ramping up their control over the internet. Independent internet media is growing massively, and the elites don't like this whatsoever. Which is why they want it all destroyed.

Not sure if I agree. If this was true then the French and Russian revolutions would not have happened. In fact all of communism would not have happened. There are limits to everything.
