I usually eat an oatmel with coffee and dark chocolate, lunch is 2 tuna cans and a piece of bread or steak with 1 piece of bread, dinner is usually steak or fish fillets with rice or spaghetti plus raw brocolli, all this while doing manual labour in construction, no gains lost, more lean, feel lighter
when I stay at home I only eat 2x per day, pre and post workout, oatmeal and steak or chicken breast with rice and raw brocolli
