the goal here is to gain bonemass and stop being skinny ASF (5'7 106 pounds 15yo) and I'm also thinking about hop on HGH or mk677 both with AI if anyone has a good thread about how IU of HGH I should apply per week/day during puberty send here please Im a completely grey in this area.

nigga just count your calories, aim for a surplus of at least 500 extra calories above maintenance, take 1 g of protein (preferably, animal based, high in leucine) per pound of your weight, a shit ton of carbs (but keep 80% of your carb intake for midday or afternoon, you dont want to spike insulin before bed since it blunts hgh), and dont care much about your fat intake since you are developing, make sure your body has got as much resources as it asks for you growing accordingly

I'm taking mk677 and it makes you as hungry as a fat woman in his 40s. Is the most affordable way in my opinion. Just drink enough water to avoid being too bloated and try to make it as clean as possible. Good luck chigga
