technically you can get lefort2/3 with a segmental lefort1 to widen the maxilla. basically lefort is upper jaw and bsso is lower jaw. both together is double jaw surgery (djs). lefort 1 is the most common one and higher lefort cuts 2/3 are almost only performed on sydromic people with midface deficiencies.

if your bite doesnt fit for example like for me, your insurance might cover it. if you have a good bite, no breathing issues (sleep apnea) and you only get it for cosmetic reasons, it can be 10-100k without insurance depending on country/surgeon

Idk about giant specifically but i would guess that you could get infraorbital rim implants with a lefort 1 or 2 to get a balanced result
