no doctor gets into plastic surgery because he's passionate about helping people, they all want to max out their bank accounts, they'll tell you whatever you want to hear to squeeze as money out of you as they can.

e.g. eppley telling a user that bimax+implants in the same surgery are impossible. which he only says because he doesn't perform bimax and wants people to come back and get the implants with him. while other surgeons perform it together no problem

or my surgeons that keep saying under-eye fat-transfer isn't a good thing, because they'd rather sign me up for semi-annually subscription of shit ass fillers that will bloat me up over time.

don't get me wrong, its a good short-term fix. but keep in mind that it will migrate, bloat up the surrounding tissue, and then you'll have to come back for a refill eventually to achieve a similar result

pretty much, unless you get the fillers dissolved with a special injection, but even that won't get all fillers out of your face, just the majority.
