Yes I do please dm me!

You want to stop eating out completely due to risk of cross contamination. Buy Glutenease capsules and keep them on hand every time you go out for emergencies if you have to eat out. And when you do tell the restaurant you have celiacs and ask them to change their gloves when making your food.

Try to eat only single ingredient foods at home: rice, meat, veggies, fruits, gluten free bread is good - Here is my meal plan:

Breakfast: 3 eggs cooked in avacado oil, berries, gluten free bread

Lunch: Rice, steak, veggies

Dinner: rice, chicken, veggies

You can also buy gluten free pasta and make that as well. Avoid oats as they tend to not go well with celiacs.

Don’t be worried - Developing a gluten allergy is the best thing that ever happened to me as it forced me to be healthy. Remember most junk food has gluten.

Start taking L-Glutamine to heal your stomach lining

If you ever need any help please dm me!
