Anyone here be willing to help out.
I'm looking for someone with the following qualities :
1. Serious and not a troll who will waste my time
2. Someone who is like top 1% in terms of surgerymaxxing/surgery knowlege/knowlege of facial ratios/proportions

Basically I'm looking for someone who would I can share my own thoughts with on what surgeries I think I might need/are on my mind and someone who can let me know their thoughts on my ideas/suggest any alternative ideas.
