bulking is such a failo. Has anyone here built a decent physique without that shit?
Just wanna look nice and athletic tbh

u have to bulk, its apart of the process. but there are ways to minize the maount of fat u gain such as making sure the eating the amount of calories u need and having less carbs and fats and more protien and shit.

If you start out without having a decent base sure

But if you have been bulking and cutting awhile and you don't wanna bulk and gain fat, you can put on muscle slowly by eating at maintaince and lifting alot. I know someone who has built a good physique and never really bulked or cut. Alot of gym bros haven't done it too. It's faster and better to bulk /cut especially if you wanna get really big, but I believe you can build muscle without fat.

Lean bulking is so much more effective, even eating slightly above maintenance is better than trying to maingain.

You’ll only get fat if you bulk like a retard, if you’re eating correctly on a lean bulk you’ll maximize muscle gain while minimizing fat gain.

And it doesn’t take much muscle to have an attractive body it’s much more effective to lean bulk and cut, then maintain low bf% compared to wasting your time trying to maingain.

You can maingain for 2 years just to get a body you could’ve gotten with 6-8 months of leanbulking

True. Just saying you can "maingain" but it's not as effective and only worth it if you already have gone through bulks and cuts

ive been lean bulking forever now its like no progress at all it takes so fucking long
