Does anyone know a good bimax surgeon in australia PLEASE (pref. melbourne or sydney)

i’m 18 and have SFS (shortface syndrome) from a reccessed maxilla which can only be fixed via bimax. idk who to go to, coceancig was great but got his license suspended so he doesn’t perform here anymore.

i don’t want some conservative surgeon who’ll just “move stuff around a bit for some better breathing” or some shit, i want one with a GOOD EYE for facial aesthetics. australia seems to lack in terms of good aesthetics-based surgeons. i don’t care about how much the cost is, i’ll just save up as i’m determined on getting it anyway no matter what. does anyone know any/had any experience with any? or do i just bite the bullet and travel elsewhere? all answers greatly appreciated
