Does anyone know a good Gym routine 3 days a week?

Preferably no legs, only upper body
 
Just alternate days for push (chest shoulders tris) and pull (back and biceps)

Ideally you should try 4 days so you can rotate and train the same muscle group 2 times a week

If you really want to do a specific workout, do full body

4 days a week is too much, I have to focus on studycelling and researchcelling on ways to make $$$
 
Monday: Rhinoplasty, Blepharoplasty

Wednesday: Lefort 2, Liplift

Friday: Browridge implants, Genioplasty

If you train 3 days a week you still hit the same muscle group 2 times a week. I go Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I train the same muscle groups Monday-Friday, then Wednesday-(next)Monday, and rotate.

There're ton of good routines on internet... Just add the holy neck training + forearms training (from me)
 
Just fucking kill it in the gym every time you go there, pick a muscle group and completely demolish it.
