99% of supposed "hackers" on Tor are just reposters who have access to breached data. It's possible you could find someone to get personal info like passwords and whatnot but it'd go no further really. The legal ramifications of opening accounts in other peoples' names, purchasing things with their money, frauding their identity, etc. isn't worth getting back at someone.
