Just like latisse burns orbital fat and alpha2 inhibitors or beta adrenergic stimulators also burn fat. There might be something out there that does the opposite. Stimulating increase in size or number of fat cells.

In theory could work to increase volume around the eyes just like fat grafting there!!!!

I cant find much because everything about localized fat is about burning it and not increasing it.
