Does anyone know anything about thyroid?Need to ask something

So for the first time my TSH levels came out 5.35.Since it’s the first time this has happened my doctor said let’s track it for a month or two before considering meds

I’ve been reading a little online since I don’t know anything.Some people make it sound like meds are necessary and from some other stuff I’m reading levels don’t look bad

Can someone who is actually knowledgeable give me an idea?

anything above 3 is bad. don't get on meds at all costs, fixing ur diet should get u back to the healthy range

A TSH level of 5 is subclinical hypothyroidism which rarely causes any symptoms
