I searched up but it seems a bit off and also asians born in the west reach to 6ft on average confirmed

Head is normal size, same with other parts
Frame is good but my waist is also wide

i have insane genetic potential cuz my father is 5'10 and 5'2 mother so my max height ( maybe i grow or smh idk ) is at 6'1

strong turanid genes drank alot of milk in childhood and still drink

wait actually 6"0-6"5 is ideal anything taller or shorter is bad with diminishing returns. and some will say taller is better but dying from your own health issues is worse then manlets getting destroyed by average height people since its logical but dying because your so big biologically ? nahh i aint wanna die like that

I've been to korea and japan before and i'm 190cm/6'3. In my whole time in Japan I saw one foreigner taller than me and he was around 6'8. In Korea I saw two guys taller than me; one was korean and the other a foreginer. Average height was probably around 173-175 for young guys.
