Im a grey and not really knowledgeable on all of the surgeons and stuff, but iirc Giants Implants is the only Surgeon embraced for OBO's and has certain modifications for it than the average OBO. Best of luck mate.

consider anything else that may help before obo. How does your nose look? A good enough rhino can really help your eye seperations

i have the same esr as you and was asking myself the same thing but i havent seen any obo results that dont look dolphin tier unfortunately
