This plase does it just for cosmeticNot a cosmetic surgery.
No price, often offered to the truly disfigured for free to demonstrate the surgeons skills.
The instagram page looks like it was made by a user from this very forumThis plase does it just for cosmetic
There are at least a couple of surgeons who'll do it cosmeticallyNot a cosmetic surgery.

OP claims to be a 6.5/10 nowJust has a read,
Interesting he was able to have him perform such a surgery when it's not litsed on his site.
User provided proof, so II'm not calling larp.
Only thing is nowhere did he metion it was fully cosmetic. Even when asked, he ignored it and just stated he paid in full.
I'm still guessing OP of that thread was clinically deformed before surgery.
Clinically Deformed is different from aesthically.OP claims to be a 6.5/10 now
i know he went through a fuckton of surgeries (mainly LL), not that many facial surgeries
if he was deformed beforehand then he probably wouldnt be above average looking now tbh
extremely assymetrical eyes would be seen as aesthetically deformed by 99.99% of this forum regardless. this guy said he did OBO for his ESR and it supposedly wasn't THAT bad beforehandClinically Deformed is different from aesthically.
Someone can have a flat nasal bridge, causing serious breathing issues. Hospitals would consider that a deformity because it impacts how a normal human being should live.
Another ex. Someone can have an extremely assemetrical eye placement. That person is deformed because they're seeing the world horizontally (lol). This would qualify for OBO.
Doctors and Teenagers think different.extremely assymetrical eyes would be seen as aesthetically deformed by 99.99% of this forum regardless. this guy said he did OBO for his ESR and it supposedly wasn't THAT bad beforehand
this is true, although it would be strange for a looksmaxxer to make such a huge thread in great detail and not disclose this with us even tho he has nothing to lose and maintained full anonymity through not posting his faceHe said it "Helped" his ESR (ofc), but never said that was "why".
Nah, not even closeI'm still guessing OP of that thread was clinically deformed before surgery.
No it was 100% cosmeticJust has a read,
