depigging isnt going to help, there is a reason why its dark and if u "bleach" it you will just decolorize it more, your only option is infa implants

im white, and even when i move my skin away from my eyes it's still dark, so are you saying hydro could make it worse?

thats not how it works, your dark circle area is getting raped by your vessels

in a way its classified as hyperpigmentation but dont be a dumbass and use a agent to change the skin color, change the bone, not color

i would get maxilla surgery + rim implants or fillers but im 17, do you know any cope methods I could do?

dont use hydroquinone for under eye area, hydroquinone works by reducing melanin production the darkness under your eyes is caused by blood pooling under the eyes, you won't be fixing the issue as well as the area under the eyes is incredibly sensitive and thin

It depends on the root cause, a major cause of them is allergies you can get an allergy panel from a allergist to figure out what does and doesn't cause this if it is allergy related in which case you can then do a short every couple weeks to prevent the allergic reaction or if possible remove the thing causing the reaction. What you also could test is using anti allergy medication such as nasacort for a prolonged period and see if that changes anything. There are times it is genetic and there isn't much you can do but keep in mind because the skin is thing everyone will display dark circles under their eyes to some degree in particular lighting circumstances
