Diet may help naturally increase hgh and pasteurized milk doesn't really cause acne (I personally don't drink milk but my friend does drink milk a lot and i don't see him with acne ever.)

80% of the protein and 50% less vitamins ik it doesnt matter too much but I have nevr seen anyone get sick from it
