Does anyone know if breaking my nose will get me a free rhinoplasty within a couple weeks/a month?

A big flaw of mine is a large nose which fucks up my face's harmony so I'm planning on using something like a sledgehammer or a regular but slightly heavy hammer to break it from the side so that my nose needs to be reshaped in order for me to breathe properly.

I already have a deviated septum which I tried to use to doctorshop for a rhinoplasty a while ago however it wasn't severe enough so I wasn't given one hence why I think this may be the method.

Also I ought to ask this on a separate thread, but how do I go about making sure the new nose shape actually fits my face as I don't want to look worse afterwards.

The whole idea is I break it severely so that I can just lie about what the original shape was, ideally by making a morph of what I want it to look like

Could I not at least just break the dorsum so they have to straighten it?
