Kind of a two part question because I'm wondering if jutting the jaw can be an accurate representation of the outcome of BSSO or Bimax

thats a minor part of the question though, it would be disheartening as fuck if the avg protrusion via jutting your jaw is like 20mm+ bc that would be hard as fuck to attain without an expensive blackpilled surgeonsNo, it is not an exact representation of what you can achieve with jaw surgery. When you jutting your whole jaw, hence the ramus goes to the front position
the BSSO cut is made in front of the gonions so it has no effect on your ramus and its position.
It depends on how hard you jutt. But a bimax will give more and better projection. Usually you can at most jutt like 8 mm forward. Most likely you jutt less.Kind of a two part question because I'm wondering if jutting the jaw can be an accurate representation of the outcome of BSSO or Bimax
Im a juttmogger. It depends on how hard you jutt. But a bimax will give more and better projection. Usually you can at most jutt like 8 mm forward. Most likely you jutt less.
A bimax is overall just way better aesthetically than jutting as jutting causes that pancake face to some degree. Jutting doesn’t fill out the maxilla part since you can’t jut the maxilla. Bimax also stretched the skin and thus makes it easier to get stuff like less bloated or even hollow cheeks.
Now jutting has 2 advantages depending on how you do it. If you jutt downwards a bit it looks like you have a longer ramus. And second jutting will make your gonions flare more which gives a much more defined looking ramus.
How big the changes are depends on how you jutt. Overall I would say tho that bimax mogs jutting by miles.
