Right now I'm deciding between Marianetti or Erkan Soylu. Soylu's male noses look really good:



His revisions look good too, and I like his communication style.

Problem I have with Marianetti is that he used to be a maxfac surgeon and once he got married to Ramieri he stopped jaw surgery and now only does rhinoplasty. IMO his results on IG aren't striking.
There's also Pietro Palma in Milan whom Ive heard good things about.
