If you look at my ss I send earlier, there isnt any post reply button. Moreover all the options like bold italic are greyed out

Yes. Try exploring looksmax.org more, and it will recommend you to download the app, I actually don't remember where to navigate.

However I think it does link with your main browser, as threads I view here is embedded in my Chrome History

Its a style you can choose. I usually autistically view the .org new posts looking for new copes to help with face asymmetry in class. It helps hide the looksmax logo so people dont think I am incel
