If I have gyno and I take rest will it make it worse or improve cause gyno is caused my low t

He must have gyno from roids but I have now and I don't take roids planning on taking it now and low dose to cruise on

it most likely make it worse. The excess testosterone will turn into estrogen and cause even more development. Your best bet is to save the money you would've spent on gear towards surgery.

But I will take ai along with it even if I get gyno surgery I still have low test

once you get surgery it's unlikely gyno will come back. Did you actually go get tested for having low test through an actual test or are you just assuming?

I do have low t and high estrogen cause I have female fat storage can't build muscles after years of training can't even bench 70 kgs after 3 years
