Does anyones else have a REALLY difficult time getting a sleep schedule?

I have been trying to get a sleep schedule for the longest amount of time now and i fail time and time again, its so fucking frustrating. Maybe it’s because i lack consistency when it come to trying to go to bed early. The most i tried was getting in my bed 4 hours before my bed time three days in a row. Does anyone else have issues with this?? And does anyone have tips to get a sleep
Schedule??
 
Do a lot of sports, a LOT.

Then you're tired.

Then you sleep.
