Does applying Volufiline under eyebrows to reduce upper eyelid exposure give you higher set eyebrows overtime? (High IQ post)

I know that volufiline simulates growth of fat cells to make the area you put it on plump.

I've heard that you can apply volufiline under you r eyebrows and above your upper EL to build more fat in that area and give an appearance of hooded eyes

But my worry is that, as you have more fat cells above your UEL and below your brow, it will give an illusion that you have higher set eyebrows than you actually do

can anyone confirm if i'm tweaking?
