Looking into aqualyx or UC for cheeks and hyoid area. I don’t have crazy bone structure but I think it will help regardless.

Does reducing fat in your face lead to you aging poorly later on?

it probably wont for the hyoid region, but there is a possibility for the cheeks. i can't rlly tell you unless ik what you look like currently.

which fat pads have the most volume. if the volume is medial and/or higher on your face, i probably wouldnt touch it because many ppl get filler in those areas later on. if the fat is lower and closer to your jawline then your results will be better. it may even prevent early aging by reducing jowls.

you can do the hyoid region, theres no benefit to having more fat in that area and it would help your side profile. but for the cheeks i'm not too sure tbh, there is a bit of fat in the area but your jaw is already kinda narrow relative to your zygos. if you lose fat and slim it, it would look even more narrow in comparison. have you considered mandible filler first? i think youre a better candidate for it

I’d consider it but it seems much more complicated to do diy.. do you have a good before and after of what you mean?
