People say women prefer lean guys. Why is that? If your a bit higher bodyfat would that biologically mean it would be harder to move in nature?

Depens from person, i bulked from 12-15bf to 18-20%. I didn't look much more intimidating at peak of my bulk than i looked learner. Looking like intimidating depens mostly on facial features not your bf%

Thats true, but It also means a lot on metabolism. Also if you arent lifting for a year at like 12 percent bodyfat you will look like you arent big unless you put the shirt off.

There are other factors to think about but I think the most important one to think about but I think that fWHR is the most important as it can differentiate you from looking like Eddie Hall or some gay bear soy-boy. Normally you don't need to go extreme bulk maxing to look masculine just neck training along side with a body sculpting workout. Stay lean my guy.

It’s all genetics and face structure. It is extremely hard to be below 13-14 percent body fat with a full time role In society and stress , unless you have decent genes , have a great positive social and sex Life which fulfills your brains dopamine surge and you no longer depend on food for comfort . It is hard cycle to break as a subhuman 8 with shitty genes . Gym max , diet and steroids . Also consider plastic surgery for buccal fat removal / jaw line work. And for gyno/ belly fat removal

it depends on frame and height. a 5'4 jacked framecel like AD is neither aesthetic nor intimidating. Instead of taking roids you're better off abusing HGH if you can get it during puberty while your long bones are still open. if you problem is clavicles you should really wait till 20-22 and blast it, as your clavicles are the last bone with plates to close

In my opinion, here's the ranking of intimidation/attraction of physiques you can have (assuming you're within normal range of muscle and bf percentage, otherwise it's OVER):

scrawny-looking (19-21 BMI, low bodyfat) < (is worse than)
heavyset, but not THAT fat (24-25 BMI, <20-23% bodyfat) <
athletic+ (12-13% bodyfat, 23-24 BMI) <
big guy (12-15% bodyfat, 25-26 BMI)

Ideal physique for intimidation alone is probably somewhere near 26-27 BMI but with relatively low bodyfat, like lower than 15%, think Mike Tyson. I think women hate scrawny/weak looking guys more than they hate slightly chubbier, but still strong looking guys. "Ottermode" is somewhat cope if you think you can get away with having low muscle mass.

In summary, IDEAL BMI: 22-25 (can be higher if your bodyfat percentage stays within ideal range). IDEAL BODYFAT PERCENTAGE: 10-20%. Got both of these checked and no major lagging musclegroups? You're fine.
