I’m 16 and I’m wondering if my bone structure will change if i thumbpull and train my jaw

Don't thumb pull, just mew, do a fuck ton of chin tucks and fix your posture. I can't even stress how important the chin tucks are, mewing is almost useless without them.

Trust me I did this during puberty and it improved my forward growth like crazy. I also chewed lots of falim gum but idk if I'd recommend that to you because I think gave me bruxism (fixed now but was painful to deal with), also big masseters are cope, unless you have crazy good insertions you will look like a chipmunk.

Yes, multiple times a day even. Also make sure you get in the habit of standing up/sitting straight with good neck and back posture. Also make sure you sleep with good posture and tape your mouth shut.

You probably only have about 2 years to make much of a difference, your bone structure at about 18 will be with you for life so treat it like the most important thing in world.

I just did them like this a few times a day against a wall in my room for about 5 mins at a time but also I'll do chin tucks while I'm sat at my desk working (when no one else is with me cause it looks a bit autistic) or when I'm driving and stuff.
