I think It's a misinterpretation of Wolf's law but idk. I don't know if I should try. Please help, some people say It's for temporary results cause of the inflamation, others say it gives you permanent results

No it doesn't.
Any injury or sustained stress on bone tissue may trigger some degree of remodelling however this process is limited to restoring the bone’s original structure. Such trauma cannot be expected to produce any visible aesthetic changes

Trauma or pressure will not cause a bone to grow larger than its existing size, regardless of whether atrophy occurs right away
That being said, the temporary swelling effect is still there

You can now mark this post as your solution, just click the check mark on my right
it looks like you already did some research and you are unsure. There arent any prefessional evidence so you must decide if you want to tryy it yourself and see if there is a truth behind the legend of bonesmashing

When my zygos are inflamed it makes them look bigger temporarily from swelling

No, it's literally a psyop to get young insecure men to self harm. Wolf's law can't be extrapolated to work for facial bones. All swelling is temporary, invest in higher ROI and less brutally autistic solutions instead
