If OP is asking why infra wont work it's because the infraorbital region is too weak to handle constant hits, so you can break your infras

Fist is okay, but any tool is better for precision, make sure to hold you head stable with your other hand.

There are a few forums about bonesmashing regimine on BOTB, I'd look on there I saw a guide saying some "beginner" routines, working up, I'd follow those imo.
