I mean if someone did it before and saw results let me know

Hard mastication is what you need to do

How will you ever reach the consistent symmetric and very forces applied using a hammer?
Same question to you. how can u reach that with chewing ?

I mean but I don't think it works I'm not sure
In the, unfortunately, small number of studies made, we have found that a higher bite force is correlated strongly with wider zygomatic arches as well as a longer and a closer to a 90° angle. Ge General better developed faces.

And what I was fishing for is the masseters are attached to the cinematic arches and the temporalis goes underneath the arch. So basically there are a huge for applied to the skull and seriously they are quite severe. We have some very powerful muscles and so you ask how can you achieve a consistent force just chewing that should be quite evident however with a hammer or whatever the fuck it’s impossible to apply a symmetrical or even consistent Forces

I mean, if he has the correct diet and gets the right vitamins and supplements it’ll work wouldn’t it? Or at least it’ll give the illusion of larger bones through swelling.

Yes. But swelling and tissue damage is unpredictable

Yes. When chewing your entire skull is under strong forces. The capacity of cranial bone plasticity is much underrated. However at his age it’s a long process

I'm gonna smash hardly
Do it with the same force, same amount of hits on each side, same exact place, and even then, it’s not guaranteed that your bones will heal exactly the same on both sides.

What about at 18, with test E?
I was a pretty late bloomer. My bizygomatic grew 4-5 mm from 18-22. Measured with calipers. Also grew in neigh after 18

What do you think has more an effect on facial bones, dht or test? I hear test is what mainly effects bones.

The one on the left developed with out dht (can literally produce 0) and still developed normally with no differences apart from delayed dick growth

Good question.

It’s complicated. DHT is probably, but othersteroids too.

Might do a DHT praise thread. But people on here are so boring and lack any curiosity in looks maxing
