I accidentally ate 200 kcals extra from a carb source so anywhere from 45 minutes of walking straight to 10-15 minutes of running should burn it off
so around 50g of carbs?
and if you burn it off, will you lose any bloat you got / not bloat at all? it would be like you never ate them?

never run it increases bloating and cortisol levels which lowers test, sprint instead for 30 meters, and walk back to your starting point which should work as resting, it increases test and works better for weight loss

Sounds like pretty decent advice especially for a new user will try

Who GAF about counting calories and prescribing yourself cardio to tackle any chance of "bloat"

It will have no impact on you attracting a girl. Stop wasting your time. I've been there before :feelsbadman:

i mean, let’s say you bloat from some carb consumption, does burning the glycogen off through gym negate the bloat? irrespective of if it help with attracting girls or not
