Compared with nondrinkers, participants who drank ≥4 cups of total coffee/d had lower concentrations of C-peptide (−8.7%), IGFBP-3 (−2.2%), estrone (−6.4%), total estradiol (−5.7%), free estradiol (−8.1%), leptin (−6.4%), CRP (−16.6%), IL-6 (−8.1%), and sTNFR-2 (−5.8%) and higher concentrations of SHBG (5.0%), total testosterone (7.3% in women and 5.3% in men), total adiponectin (9.3%), and HMW adiponectin (17.2%). The results were largely similar for caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee.

If the results were the same with caffeinated and non caffeinated coffee then the caffeine is not the causal factor. Probably has to do with the lifestyle of coffee drinkers being different

pretty sure it affects height too
especially in puberty

i could have been 6 2 but instead i'm 5 11

coffee isn't just caffeine though probably something else in it
Coffee doesnt have much of anything other than caffeine. Some acid and a few other nutrients. Barely enough to have any effect even with 4 cups a day, especially not on hormone concentration

I used to eat alot of meat especially red meat
but shit my caffine addiction was horrible in hs
i barely ate anything jfl
once my parents found out
they made me eat beef everyday jfl

but barely took any (almost still have the full bottle with me jfl)


just started eating more meat and got better

I say this as a legitimate caffeine addict both before and somewhat now. CUT it while you can. Too much caffeine raises cortisol, horrible for erectile quality and not good for skin. Bad for blood flow over time (vasoconstrictor) and you become dependent on it way too fast and it's a hard addiction to quit.

You don't need caffeine for that tbh. Just drink a lot of water and minimize carb intake. If you reintroduce carbs, do it slowly to stop the refeeding process (gaining a lot of water weight back in a short time because of overconsumption of carbs after not having a lot for an extended period of time).
